This is an exciting period of growth for Envisage Dental, and we are now looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting our clinics and operations. The Role The commercial finance department is playing a vital role in the growth of the business. It is critical that the business maintains close control of the financial performance of its clinics (albeit within the framework of local empowerment), and the role of the Commercial Finance Business Partner will play a key part in this, working with and supporting the Commercial Finance Manager to business partner the operations team. This is very much a strategic role demonstrating the ability to see the value in the information provided and to inspire others to make use of it to achieve the overall strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Business partnering with dental clinics and operational leadership teams, building strong, trusted relationships Providing detailed commercial analysis and insight into trading performance, KPIs, and forecast outlook across the Group Ownership of monthly P&L reviews, delivering clear analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and highlighting areas for improvement with actionable insight Developing, maintaining, and enhancing commercial analysis tools and reporting dashboards using multiple systems Delivering challenging and insightful analysis to explain performance trends and support future decision-making Supporting and playing a central role in the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes Occasional travel to clinics to support practice managers and operational teams with performance discussions About You We are looking for someone who brings: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally within a multi-site organisation Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively Advanced Excel skills (essential); Power BI and/or AI-enabled analytics experience is advantageous Strong analytical capability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing business A collaborative, people-focused approach and confidence working across finance, operations, and clinic teams What Envisage Dental Can Offer You Hybrid working model – Home based with travel to our Basingstoke office and network of clinics required Competitive salary Supportive, values-led company culture with strong collaboration and transparency Contributory pension and holiday purchase scheme An additional paid day off for your birthday Opportunities to get involved with our charity partner, Operation Smile, helping to change children’s lives worldwide Our Culture & Commitment At Envisage Dental, our purpose is simple: to improve the lives of our people and patients to create a better world.
