Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: MondayThursday (4-day working week), 39 hours per week
Overtime: Optional on Fridays at an enhanced rate

The Role
As a Fitter, youll work on a range of custom vehicle conversions, assembling and installing bespoke products designed to meet exact customer specifications. Your duties include:
* Assembling products and bespoke fittings
* Confidently use and maintain hand tools
* Quality checking materials and finished items
* Manual handling and lifting
* Following verbal and written instructions
* Maintaining good housekeeping and health and safety standards
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Meeting tight deadlines with precision and care
The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in manufacturing, installation or similar hands-on work (training given)
* Competent with hand tools
* Hard-working, reliable and punctual
* Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work on their own
* Able to follow instructions and work to SWPs
* Eager to learn new skills
* A team player with good communication skills
* Knowledgeable about workplace health and safety
