About the Role
We are seeking to recruit experienced Female carers who will provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and in the community. You will also be part of our day and night sit service if you are available for this work.
We have various shift patterns available including full days and weekends. You must be fully flexible around the company needs to ensure, as part of your sponsorship, you are provided with the hours.
Main Duties
* Personal care – supporting clients with showering, dressing, and grooming.
* Helping clients with shopping and appointments.
* Promoting and administering medication.
* Providing companionship to clients.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving license and your own vehicle.
* Experience in care, GNM nursing, or as a care assistant.
* Good standard of written and spoken English.
* Valid Police clearance/DBS.
* Willingness to relocate.
Note: Sponsorship Tier 2 is available subject to covering your own visa cost and completing and passing the probationary period. (T&C Apply)
* Earnings include holiday pay, better than most other providers.
* Mileage for using your own car for work and use of the company vehicle in emergencies (T&C Apply).
* Referral fee for referring work colleagues.
* Quoted pay based on an average of 40 hours per week.
