🩺 What You’ll Do
As part of a small, supportive team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality care within NMC guidelines
* Delivering first aid and emergency support
* Assessing and supporting unwell students
* Liaising with parents/guardians
* Supporting boarding students and accompanying them to appointments
* Managing care for chronic conditions
* Maintaining accurate medical records and healthcare plans
* Coordinating vaccination schedules
* Delivering training and health awareness to staff
* Upholding safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
🧠 About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* RGN/RSCN and current NMC registration
* Minimum 3 years post-registration experience (school nursing, health visiting, or practice nursing advantageous)
* Experience in a boarding school environment (desirable)
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Confidence with IT systems and record keeping
* A collaborative approach and ability to work independently
* Commitment to ongoing CPD
* Passionate about working with young people.
📍 Location: Cobham, Surrey (KT11 1BL)
🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (45 hrs/week)
📅 Contract: Term Time Only (42 weeks per year)
