The Role As an SEN Art Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated art lessons tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of our students. Use innovative approaches to promote self-expression, skill development, and emotional well-being. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including SEN support staff, therapists, and other educators. Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where every student feels valued. Monitor progress, set individualised goals, and communicate effectively with parents/carers about achievements and next steps.What We Are Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications. Have experience working with children and young people with SEN, particularly in a creative context. Demonstrate a strong understanding of a variety of artistic techniques and mediums.
