This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead a high-performing team responsible for customer order fulfilment, logistics execution, shipping and export documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time and in full, while balancing service excellence, operational efficiency and cost control. Salary - £55,000 Benefits What You'll Be Doing: • Leading, coaching and developing a team responsible for order fulfilment, shipping and export documentation • Managing the end-to-end order-to-shipment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery • Coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to support customer and market requirements • Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and service level metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement • Managing export and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Supporting inventory deployment, cost control and working capital objectives • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency and operational performance What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics or customer operations management role • Strong people management experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams • Knowledge of shipping, export processes and customs documentation • Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience using ERP and supply chain management systems Benefits: • Competitive salary of £55,000 • Bonus and benefits package • Pension scheme • Career development opportunities within a global organisation • Supportive and collaborative working environment If you're an experienced supply chain leader looking for your next challenge, please apply today or contact Anderson Knight for a confidential discussion
