Assistant ManagerLocation: Oswestry, ShropshireSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 + performance related bonusesA leading independent estate agency is looking to welcome a highly motivated and experienced property professional into their Oswestry branch.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving branch performance, supporting the team, and contributing to continued growth and profitability.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:
* Helping to keep the branch running smoothly day to day
* Providing a high level of service and building strong relationships with clients
* Managing stock levels and ensuring properties are presented to a great standard
* Working with the team to hit sales targets and drive performance
* Keeping up to date with local market activity and pricing
* Supporting the Branch Manager and feeding back on branch progress
* Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Qualifying buyers and completing due diligence before sales progression
* Keeping vendors and purchasers updated throughout the transaction
* Referring opportunities to the in-house Financial Services team
* Ensuring all processes remain compliant with AML and industry regulations
* Saturday working is 9am - 1pm (one in three)
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience within residential estate agency
* Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
* Highly organised with excellent administration skills
* Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
