Job Role
* Ensure that all kitchen and back-of-house areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
* Clean all kitchen equipment in accordance with the established cleaning schedule.
* Operate pot washing machinery and uphold a hygienic work environment, adhering to hygiene regulations and company standards.
Job Requirements:
* Previous kitchen experience is advantageous.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English, along with proficiency in any additional languages.
* Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
* Availability to work a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
