Job Description
Provide an efficient clerical support service to all employees within the establishment, and assist in the provision of an efficient front line service to service users in order to support the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council’s key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a PVG Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal offer of employment is made. PVG records are continuously updated; any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary part-time position based at Bellsbank ECC, Bellsbank, until 16 August 2026. The hours are 25 per week, Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at the discretion of the Line Manager. The full-time salary range is £24,333 – £25,353 annually, with the part-time equivalent between £17,381 - £18,109. This post is not term-time only.
