The Role
Owning the full production lifecycle across multiple campaigns and large-scale shoots, from brief and budget to shoot, post and delivery, you’ll oversee integrated content production (film, photography, social, e‑commerce), ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll manage production budgets, timelines, and supplier negotiations to deliver work on time and on budget, support the creative development by translating brand strategy into effective production plans, lead producers/teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive best practices.

* £70,000 – £80,000 pro rata

The Person
We want to speak to experienced production leaders who have experience in the eCommerce and fashion environment – you’ll bring a solid understanding of luxury and premium creative taste to the role.
Strong experience in creative/content production (agency or brand) is key, as is the proven delivery of multi-channel campaigns at scale, paired with a deep understanding of film, photography, and post-production workflows.
You’ll have an excellent set of project and stakeholder management skills, experience with global lifestyle, sports, or fashion brands and solid commercial awareness and budget ownership. You’ll thrive on delivering impactful, multi-channel brand content – balancing creativity, execution, and commercial performance at a global scale.
