* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekend work!)

The Role: As our Workshop Controller, you will split your time between leading our brand-new workshop operations and stepping onto the floor for hands-on mechanical work when required.
* Manage daily workshop flow, delegate tasks to technicians, and oversee quality control
* Handle end-to-end manufacturer and internal warranty claims accurately
* Step in to assist with vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs during peak times
* Ensure all tablet-based digital job cards and vehicle health checks are completed efficiently
* Drive workshop productivity while maintaining strict health and safety compliance
What We Need:
* Experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic ready for the next step in their career
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a team and workflow
* Prior experience dealing with, or a good understanding of, vehicle warranty claims
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with strong diagnostic skills
* A full, clean UK driving license
