Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
* Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
* Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Requirements
* Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
