Position: Project Manager — Care Home Project
Location: York | Contract: 11 months
Client: Linsco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at the first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.
Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for project delivery from the current stage through to completion.
* Manage and coordinate the site management team and subcontractors.
* Oversee programme, cost, quality, and H&S compliance.
* Act as main point of contact for the client, design team, and stakeholders.
* Drive progress meetings, reporting, and ensure milestones are achieved.
Requirements
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
* Strong track record of managing traditional build projects (care homes, residential, or similar).
* Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.
* Proven leadership with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
