At Caspian One, we’re growing our Delivery Team and looking for Candidate Resourcers who are passionate about people and excited by the role technology plays in shaping financial markets

What our Delivery Team does
Our Delivery Team is the engine behind that, responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent into critical client projects and teams.
As a Candidate Resourcer, you’ll play a key role:
* Generating candidates for live client vacancies through proactive sourcing
* Building and managing talent pools and candidate networks across your market
* Screening, qualifying, and preparing candidates for opportunities
* Creating market insight, referrals, and intelligence to support delivery
* Partnering with consultants to deliver strong candidate pipelines for live roles
* Managing candidate relationships and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout.
* You’ll develop deep knowledge of your specialist market while building relationships

What you’ll be Doing:
* Engaging with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and goals
* Sourcing talent through calls, networks, referrals, and digital platforms
* Mapping markets and building data-driven talent pipelines
* Matching candidates to opportunities across fintech and financial services
* Supporting consultants with delivery on live roles
* Learning the full lifecycle of talent delivery and market engagement
What we’re looking for:
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
* A proactive, target-driven mindset
* Organised, resilient, and adaptable
* Curious, driven, and eager to learn
