This role involves working with learners with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and those who may be disengaged from school or working below expected levels. You will play a key role in helping students re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve progress in core subjects. This is a flexible, part-time role starting after the Easter half term. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 Maths and English sessions. Adapt lesson delivery to meet EHCP targets and individual learning needs.
