About the Role
We are recruiting enthusiastic and patient Support Workers to join a warm, nurturing educational setting in Ringwood.

You will support children aged 5 to 11, helping them access learning, build confidence and reach personal goals.

Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
* A minimum of six months of childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs
* A caring, proactive and resilient approach
* The ability to work full-time with an immediate start
* A full driving licence, due to the school’s location
* Strong teamwork and communication skills

Working Hours
You will work 8.45am to 4.45pm, supporting classroom activities, promoting independence and providing compassionate, consistent care throughout the day.

Hours, Patterns & Pay
* Roles offer 40 hours weekly, with the choice of a term-time-based schedule (covering 41 working weeks including training) or an all-year arrangement with a more compact daily structure.
* Pay typically falls within a mid-£20k range for term-time contracts, rising to a high-£20k bracket for year-round employment.
* Shortlisted applicants will take part in a formal interview, enjoy a guided tour of the setting and share a meal within one of the residential houses as part of the selection process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
