We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues and support team efforts to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Maintain store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help everyone learn.
5. Engage with the local community through activities and events.
