You'll help keep our fitness facilities running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and safety while providing excellent support to pool users. What You'll Do: Be the go-to person for pool users, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool, gym, and changing areas. Monitor and replenish stock and consumables as needed. Champion health and safety practices-if you spot a potential hazard, report it to keep everyone safe. What You Bring: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Strong knowledge of pool cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining a clean, safe space. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt when needed. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
