Immediate start! An award-winning architectural practice is seeking an energetic and creative Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketing professional to play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility across the architecture and design industry. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and wider project groups to craft compelling content, support bids and proposals, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that showcase the studio’s expertise. There is the possibility of this becoming a permanent role, for the right person. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations, ensuring all materials are persuasive, professional, and on-brand. Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and profiles. Develop and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the practice’s projects and achievements. Manage digital channels – including website content, newsletters, and social media – ensuring output is engaging and consistent. Coordinate and maintain the project image library for internal and external use. Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Research and manage industry award submissions from start to finish. Skills and Experience A strong communicator with a creative eye and a passion for design and storytelling. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop) and MS Office. Highly organised, with excellent project management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Experienced in bid writing or proposal coordination. Familiar with the architecture, design, or construction sectors (desirable). A positive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.
