We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a passionate Assistant Producer to join our team. If you’re eager to work in a collaborative, vibrant environment and love social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Production Support: Own the daily running of projects, supporting Producers across all stages—from pre‑production planning, scheduling, documentation, trackers, shoot logistics through to post schedules and final delivery.
* Client + Talent Comms: Support client and internal communication—joining calls, drafting updates, chasing feedback, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Flag any issues to the producer promptly.
* Creative Input: Help run and take part in brainstorm sessions, assist in leading them and collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts into shootable treatments.
* Budget Admin: Assist with budget tracking, quotes, and expenses—preparing draft budgets and keeping financials organised for Producer review.
* Props + Gear Logistics: Work with the production and art team to source, prep, and track kit, props and assets as needed.
* On‑Set Coordination: Be a point of contact on set, ensuring talent, crew and logistics run smoothly and clients are looked after.
* Post‑Production Wrangling: Track edit notes, feedback rounds, and delivery deadlines with precision. Manage file handoffs and keep the producer updated throughout.
* Learning + Development: This role is built to help you grow, with regular check‑ins, mentorship and opportunities to run small projects as you develop.
Who You Are:
* You’ve got 1+ years in a fast‑paced production environment (agency, studio or freelance).
