What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling a full range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and buy-to-let/investment properties
* Ensuring all work is carried out accurately and in line with risk management procedures
* Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
* Building and maintaining a network of contacts, referrers, and introducers
* Working closely with colleagues within a busy conveyancing team
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Executive
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload confidently
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Able to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Commercially aware with an interest in networking and business development
