I am currently recruiting for a Hotel Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel located in Oxfordshire. My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team.

4. Manage the operations throughout the hotel
5. Develop and train a team
6. Maximise revenue and forecast budgets
7. Support the Sales & Marketing team
8. Host weekly HoD meetings
9. Create and develop relationships with local businesses
10. Report to the General Manager
The successful candidate
11. Previous experience in a similar role in luxury boutique hotels
12. Proven track record running a hotel
13. Be able to inspire and motivate the team
14. Strong business acumen
15. Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
16. Have a passion for hospitality
