We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Team Supervisor to lead an on-site engineering service team at a major Pharmaceutical site in Cambridge. This role is focused purely on the operation & management of the current service team where you will monitor service schedules and drive continuous improvement of the team in a laboratory environment. The successful candidate will act as the key link between engineering staff, site management, and the client, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of contracted services while fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
