Job Title: IFA Administrator Contract: Permanent Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 (1hr lunch break) Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (30-minute lunch break) Location: Henley-in-Arden with hybrid working Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (including Christmas & New Year office closure), 5% employer pension contribution (3% employee), Death in Service benefit, Cashback healthcare scheme, Free on-site, secure parking, Hybrid working, enjoy a mix of office collaboration and home-based focus time, Support for professional qualifications and ongoing career development. What you'll be doing: - Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. - Managing client queries with professionalism and care. - Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate information. - Preparing documentation, reports, and client review packs. - Maintaining meticulous client records in line with FCA compliance and company policies. - Ensuring processes run smoothly, even during busy periods or staff absence. What we're looking for: - Previous experience working as an IFA Administrator or within a financial planning practice is essential. - Strong understanding of investments, pensions, and protection products. - Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with Intelliflo is an advantage, but training can be provided). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. - A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture.
