Our client delivers hard & soft FM to clients in both public & private sector and they have a reputation for technical excellence, innovation and a technology led approach. We are looking for a collaborative and client centric lead to manage the delivery of IFM services across site, key accountabilities include.

* Strategic leadership of the account and developing service delivery to future proof IFM services
* Providing operational over sight and ensuring compliant service delivery across multiple services lines
* Commercial and financial control of a large budget and P&L (10mil+)
* Developing board level relationships across a complicated stakeholder matrix
* Lead, develop and mentor the management team and foster an environment of customer first service delivery
* Identifying commercial opportunities and contract growth initiatives.
We are looking for a proven IFM Account Director, you must have a track record managing and delivering FM services at a senior level, experience of complex and compliant heavy contracts would be advantageous.
