Main Activities/Tasks
As HRBP you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and enhance HR strategies that drive business success.
Responsibilities include:
-Workforce planning
-Talent management
-Employee relations
-Performance management
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
This role also involves identifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities in line with business needs.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or 5 + years’ experience in an HR or people management role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
* Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
* Ability to influence and advise leadership on HR matters.
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling employee relations issues or organizational challenges.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and HR practices in a dynamic environment.
Duration: Full time, permanent.
Location: Newry
