3PL Manager
to oversee and develop our logistics partnership with DHL, ensuring high performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The Role
As 3PL Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between Cotswold Outdoor Group and DHL, managing performance, cost control, and the delivery of service in line with agreed SLAs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring logistics excellence, while shaping long-term strategies to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and strengthen the relationship with DHL, acting as the lead contact
* Monitor service delivery against KPIs and contract requirements
* Lead review meetings with DHL on performance and cost control
* Drive continuous improvement across logistics, service, and cost management
* Ensure accurate and timely information sharing between DHL and COG stakeholders
* Support long-term operational strategies for logistics to enable business growth
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
What We're Looking For
* Strong logistics and supply chain management background
* Proven experience managing a 3PL operation (ideally DHL or similar)
* Skilled in contract/SLA management and performance analysis
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience in cost control and budgeting
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* ERP/WMS experience and strong Excel/data analysis capability
* Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement
* Relevant professional qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or project management (desirable)
