Support Worker at Acuity Care Group
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Sunday)
We are looking for a caring, committed individual to support someone living in their family home in Wisbech. This person has complex clinical needs, including epilepsy and PEG feeding, but there is much more to them than that. They are full of personality, love music, enjoy watching football, and are always up for trips into the community. We are seeking someone local to Wisbech who knows the area well and holds a Full UK driving license to help make outings fun, smooth, and safe.

Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience in the following:
* Complex Care
* PEG Feeding

What will your shift involve?
In this role, you will provide high‑quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring the person you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities include engaging with them in meaningful activities, taking them out in the community to promote social interaction and well‑being, and supporting with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
