The Role
We're on the hunt for a Duty Bar Manager to lead the way in our buzzing ground-floor cocktail bar. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment and loves keeping the good times flowing – this one's for you.
Heads up: This role is mostly evenings & weekend based shifts with late finishes (~1am). Perfect for night owls and hospitality pros who come alive after dark
This is also a permanent position so not suitable for any term time only candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
* Running the show on shift – keeping everything smooth, stylish, and stress-free
* Inspiring, training, and supporting the team to deliver top-notch service
* Handling guest queries like a pro and keeping those good vibes going
* Keeping safety, cleanliness, and compliance on point
* Managing stock, helping with orders, and making sure we never run out of the good stuff
* Assisting with hiring and onboarding awesome new team members
* Being the go-to person when things get busy (or a little crazy)
What You Bring
* Experience in a bar/hospitality leadership/managerial role
* Strong people skills – you know how to lead a team and handle a crowd
* A passion for guest experience and creating memorable nights
* A cool head under pressure and a solution-focused mindset
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and those busy late finishes
* Bonus points if you know a thing or two about HR or team management
