About the Role: Reporting to the Global Managing Director, the Account Executive will work closely with the project delivery teams to support the execution of high-impact internal communications and event experiences. Youll help manage client relationships, assist in project planning and coordination, and contribute to the development of engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills and an eye for detail, has a passion to find and implement solutions, communicate and collaborate with others, and thrives under pressure to balance competing priorities. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Assist with day-to-day client communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Help maintain positive, productive client relationships. Project Management & Event Coordination: Support planning, coordination, and delivery of events and communications projects. Collaborate with creative, production, and external partners to meet project goals. Help prepare client presentations, project documents, and status reports. Ensure project learnings are captured and applied to future projects. Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvement. Budget Management Support: Track project budgets and timelines, escalating issues when needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget project completion. Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals and RFP responses. Identify and communicate new business opportunities to the Account team leads. Skills and experience: You have 1-2 years of work experience in a creative agency, communications, events, or in a similar industry setting. Experience in healthcare/pharma communications a plus You have keen interest and ability to assist clients in understanding and defining objectives You thrive on networking and identifying new business opportunities, both within current client organizations and find new potential clients You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You have strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills. You have a proactive mindset, take initiative and have a willingness to learn. You love to collaborate and have a team player mindset Experience working with remote or geographically dispersed teams.
