Responsibilities
1. Product Development Support: Assist in developing product concepts, formulations, and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain close and effective links between the Process, Development, Technical, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams.
3. NPD & EPD Management: Manage NPD and EPD development from handover to launch, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and deadlines.
4. Factory Trials: Organise and manage all factory trials, providing feedback on any observations or concerns regarding new products / processes.
5. Customer & Retailer Submissions: Support NPD with all customer and retailer submissions.
