The role
is for you if
1. You have a strong understanding of market abuse regulation in the UK, US and ideally globally
2. You have hands-on experience implementing or optimising trade surveillance tech (e.g. Trading Hub MAST, Smarts, Scila, Actimize, KX)
3. You have hands-on experience implementing or optimising communications surveillance tech for communications surveillance (e.g. Shield, Behavox, Global Relay, Smarsh, other LLM technology)
4. You are proficient in data analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Python, PySpark, vector-based methods)
5. You have experience working with various data storage and processing engines (row, column, key-value)
6. You are familiar with data visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau, D3 or Bokeh
7. You have the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
8. You have proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex data projects under pressure
9. You can demonstrate strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication
