The Director of Sales will
Report to the General Manager with support from Regional Sales
Drive new business andensureexisting accounts are maximized to their full potential.
Sell to MICE, Corporate and Leisure sectors
Develop other market segments
Threedirect reports, this is a new roleso emphasis on building a new sales culture
Be comfortable liaising at all levels
As Director ofSalesyou will have
Experience of being aDirector of Sales ideally or aSales Manager, Business Development Manager Regional Sales Manageras a minimum
High standards, a can-do attitude,results drivenandexcellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook,sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
The flexibility to visit clients and be able todemonstrateyour network knowledge
Excellent customer care, business development, accountmanagement,and negotiation skills.
