About the Role
The Technical Program Manager will be a key member of ICP's Technology and Innovations Services (TIS) team, responsible for the overall project and program management of Aprimo, Orange Logic and Sitecore Content Hub implementations. This role will work closely with the wider TIS organisation, as well as other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, as well as stakeholder communication and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for Aprimo, Orange Logic, and Sitecore Content Hub implementations.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
* Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Team Coordination & Collaboration
* Work closely with team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
* Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear action items and accountability.
* Support team members in resolving project-related issues and challenges.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
* Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies.
* Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and workflows.
* Contribute to the development of project management templates and tools.
What You'll Have:
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
* 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and programs.
* Experience managing Aprimo, Orange Logic, and/or Sitecore Content Hub implementations a plus.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Technical Expertise
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
* Familiarity with DAM and content management principles.
