Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 Friday 08:00-16:30 (Hybrid 2 days form home 3 office based)

About the Role:
As a Customs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of goods in and out of the UK. You'll coordinate all aspects of customs operations, working closely with internal teams, external brokers, and transport providers to manage international freight bookings and ensure full adherence to customs legislation and business policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete Import and Export Customs Declarations accurately and on time
2. Provide clear and precise clearance instructions to third-party customs brokers
3. Classify materials and products using UK Customs Tariff (I, II, III)
4. Manage Customer NOVA and Import VAT/Duty reports
