We're looking for a warm, proactive Part-time Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a luxury residential estate with stunning views of Windsor Castle. Whether you're welcoming residents, assisting with deliveries, or helping maintain a peaceful environment, you'll play a vital role in creating a five-star experience every day!

What You'll Do:
Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional welcome
Manage deliveries and mail - keeping things running smoothly
Liaise with contractors, service providers and the wider estate team
Handle basic building access and maintain a secure environment
Help keep shared areas, including a spa and restaurant, in top condition
Be a dependable and friendly presence that residents can count on
About You:
Experience in concierge, customer service or hospitality (residential or hotel preferred!)
Confident, composed and service-driven
Organised and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset
Comfortable handling day-to-day building operations and resident requests
A team player who thrives in a people-first environment
