Salary: £41,000-£45,000 (Opportunity to earn up to 50% bonus)

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers play a pivotal role in the success of the business. The role focuses on creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members.
2. Inspire, develop, and lead management and team members to ensure high retention.
3. Maximise revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Manage all controllable costs and site P&L.
5. Support the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
6. Drive high performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
7. Maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Show passion for the brand and ensure team members are knowledgeable and confident in delivering core values.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
10. Focus on achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
11. Utilise tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively.
12. Drive sales, revenue, and guest feedback initiatives.
13. Champion change and lead its implementation within the team.
Candidate Profile:
Ideally, you come from a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role with experience in delivering results in a branded operation.
