Theyre looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite support in Blackburn, Bolton, and surrounding areas. In this role, youll cover a wide range of technologies, on-premise, cloud solutions, wireless networking and classroom tech keeping teaching and learning running. Youll spend either half or full days at each school, taking ownership of systems, resolving issues and delivering excellent service. Youll manage support incidents end-to-end, ensure users are kept informed, and hit SLA targets all while enjoying the flexibility of a company vehicle with a fuel card.
