The Role
They are seeking an experienced Property Manager with at least 2 years of residential lettings experience to join their Property Management team in South West London.
Ideally, you will be ARLA qualified; however, if not, they will fund your training.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an assigned property portfolio directly.
* Stay updated with and adhere to evolving legislation and procedures.
* Handle landlord and tenant queries and issues proactively.
* Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants, and prepare relevant reports.
* Obtain competitive quotes and instruct contractors.
* Organize inventories, check-in/check-out appointments, and distribute reports.
* Process invoices promptly.
* Set up and terminate utilities.
* Coordinate safety inspections and remedial works to completion.
* Distribute safety records to relevant parties.
* Evaluate end-of-tenancy reports and manage deposit distributions.
* Book and monitor work tasks.
Package
* Monday to Friday, with options for WFH and early Friday finishes.
