Previous senior experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting. Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in managing complex care needs. Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager in the overall running of the nursing home. Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams. Balance hands-on nursing responsibilities with management and leadership duties. Oversee care planning and ensure residents’ needs, preferences, and dignity are always prioritised. Maintain safe and effective medication management. Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and developing staff to deliver the highest standards of care. Monitor quality, compliance, and safeguarding practices in line with CQC regulations. Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
