This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support daily operations across logistics, customer service, e-commerce, and general office administration. You'll be responsible for packing customer orders, coordinating deliveries of larger items (head spa units), supporting online store operations, and providing excellent support to our customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
* Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
* Assign delivery routes to drivers for larger product deliveries
* Coordinate tracked parcel shipments (via Royal Mail or couriers)
* Keep track of inventory, stock levels, and packing materials
* Report low-stock items or supply issues to the team
Customer Service
* Handle customer queries via email and over the phone
* Provide professional and friendly after-sales support
* Resolve delivery, product, or order-related issues in a timely manner
* Record customer issues and help improve service processes
E-Commerce Support
* Assist with updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions on the website
* Process online orders and ensure smooth order flow from checkout to dispatch
* Upload product photos, manage stock availability, and maintain accurate listings
* Support with website content changes (banners, promotions, product info)
* Monitor customer reviews and online enquiries across platforms
* Help prepare online promotions, sales campaigns, or newsletter updates
Office & Administrative Support
* Perform general admin tasks (data entry, order processing, filing)
* Maintain organised digital records and paperwork
* Support the wider team with day-to-day office duties
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised workspace
What We're Looking For
* Interest in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service.
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office software
* Self-motivated, reliable, and happy to work in a small team environment
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as part of an apprenticeship
Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
Location : High Brooms - Office based only - no hybrid available
Apprenticeship - 3 month probation period with performance based pay rises
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £14,722.50 per year
