As Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you'll work closely with our Operations and Finance teams to strengthen the backbone that supports Myriad's ambitious growth plans. Unlike larger corporates where procurement can be siloed, here you'll have direct influence across the entire business - from leading all procurement activities and negotiating supplier contracts, to managing stock control in stores and vans.

You'll actively collaborate with our operational teams across Projects, Operations, Stores, Service & Maintenance to reduce costs, optimise service delivery, and maximise profitability. Every supplier relationship you build, every cost saving you deliver, and every process you optimise will have visible impact on the company's success.
You will be based in our Melton Mowbray office and you'll be expected to work regularly on-site with our teams, meet suppliers and customers as required, with flexibility for remote working where appropriate.
About you
* Experienced procurement professional with a proven track record in SME or project environments, preferably in contracting or service industries.
* Hands-on operator. You're someone who gets results through direct involvement, relationship building, and practical problem-solving rather than just process management.
* Naturally takes initiative and ownership. You're someone who sees problems as opportunities and gets satisfaction from delivering tangible results.
* Ambitious. Looking for a role where your expertise shapes business strategy, rather than just following procurement procedures.
* Entrepreneurial mindset. Able to identify cost-saving opportunities, qualify new suppliers, and drive profitability while ensuring client needs are addressed efficiently and commitments are always upheld.
* Procurement or Supply Chain qualifications.
