Production Operative Washington £12.21 - £13.92 per hour 3 Shift pattern - Days/Lates/Nights Role Summary We're hiring Production Operatives for our manufacturing client in Washington. Key Responsibilities * Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection. * May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring. * Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities. * Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process. * Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
