We are looking for a Care Home Assistant Practitioner who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of our residents requiring nursing care.
You will play a fundamental and integral part of our extended care team, assisting in looking after the physical, mental and emotional needs of our residents to help us deliver the highest quality, person centred care.
You will collaboratively work alongside our fully trained Nurses to support and assist with the day to day nursing needs of our residents.
For this role it is essential that you have:
1. Care Home Assistant Practitioner Certification
2. Experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care
3. A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
4. Good communication and relationship building skills
5. Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
6. Warm, approachable, respectful and engaging personality
