A growing, fast-paced business is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and develop its planned, reactive maintenance and service function.
This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy and influence, ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing teams, solving problems, and driving operational performance in a customer-focused environment.
Working closely with company leadership, you will oversee the service operation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the future growth of the division.
The Role
* Lead the day-to-day running of the service function
* Manage and develop a small service coordination team
* Drive operational efficiency and service performance
* Act as a key escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
* Monitor KPIs, workflows, and service standards
* Identify and drive opportunities for growth and improvement
* Support a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
* Proven leadership experience within service, operations, or coordination environments
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving business
* Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using CRM, scheduling, or job management systems
