SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Colchester

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to support children with additional needs? We are seeking a committed SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and nurturing school hub in Colchester from September.

The Role:
* Full-time SEN 1:1 support role
* Providing dedicated support to a pupil with additional needs
* Assisting with learning, emotional regulation, and social development
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and flexible attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
