Job Description
* ?? Make outbound calls to new, existing, and prospective customers
* ?? Update CRM systems with customer details and call notes
* ?? Work closely with the sales team to grow customer lifetime value
* ?? Hit and exceed KPIs (calls, time on phone, enquiries logged, etc.)
* ?? Ensure quality enquiries are submitted to support the estimating team
* ?? Proactively contact all relevant stakeholders within client companies
What You'll Need
* Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
* Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C)
* Good IT skills and CRM system familiarity
* A team-focused attitude and goal-driven mindset
* Your own transport to commute to and from work
* Motivation to hit KPIs and grow with the business
