Production Operative - Temp to PermElmswell, Mid Suffolk | Full-Time | Monday to Thursday | 7am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out production tasks as directed by the supervisory team
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Prepare product recipes and handle raw meats following hygiene protocols
* Monitor production lines to ensure quality and consistency
* Assemble and package goods with accuracy and care
* Keep the work environment clean, safe, and well-organised
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage (training provided)
* Comfortable working in cold environments
* Willingness to handle raw meats and prepare product recipes
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Team player with good communication skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to learn
