Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for data entry and administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using QuickBooks.
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and email correspondence.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise online promotions and enhance user experience.
* Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Assist in the development of e-commerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and data entry.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
