£35,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment

THE ROLE
Join a team of 4 Chefs and Kitchen Porters delivering 2 Rosette food at Mulberry Restaurant, involving afternoon tea, room service, and wedding/function food prep. Work with the Head Chef to produce a range of dishes, developing your technical, costing, and team management skills.
MAIN DUTIES
* Work 5 days per week, flexible shifts including weekends
* Be part of a team of 4 chefs and 2 kitchen porters
* Create high-standard, Rosette-level Brasserie-style food
* Prepare meals for various services and events
* Follow food hygiene policies to ensure safety
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in quality food prep in a hotel or restaurant, ideally with 2/3 Rosettes
* Experience in various kitchen sections
* Team-oriented with passion for quality
* Creative flair to contribute to menu development
